Cancellations and Refund Policy

Vacation Property Rentals will provide marketing services pursuant to this contract. If Vacation Property Rentals represents that Vacation Property Rentals has identified a person who is interested in renting your timeshare, Vacation Property Rentals must provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of such represented interested renter.
You have an unwavering right to cancel this contract for any reason within 10 days after the date you sign this contract and receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel this contract after the 10 day period you will not receive a refund, but will not be charged again. To do this you must notify Vacation Property Rentals in writing of your intent to cancel. Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent and shall be sent to 1061 Sun Dr, Suite 1025, Lake Mary, FL 32746 or [email protected]. Your refund will be made within 20 days after receipt of notice of cancellation or within 5 days after receipt of funds from your cleared check, whichever is later.
